Privacy policy

This booking service is run by Jo & Anna (30K Club) so that clients can book their coaching sessions. This page explains what information it uses and why.

Information about clients

• Your name, email address, time zone and the coaching package you are on, entered by Jo or Anna when you join.
• The session times you book, change or move.

We use this only to schedule your sessions, send you confirmations and calendar invitations, and create the video call for each session. We do not sell or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google Calendar access (coaches only)

Jo and Anna connect their own Google Calendars so the service can see when they are busy and add, move or remove booked sessions. The service only requests access to calendar events. It reads event times to avoid double bookings and only changes events it created for bookings. It does not read email, contacts or files. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be removed at any time from the Google account settings.

Services we use

• Railway, to host the service and its database.
• Google Calendar, for the coaches' calendars and invitations.
• Resend, to send booking emails.
• Zoom, to create a private video meeting for each session.

Keeping it safe

Your booking link is private and unique to you. Calendar access details are stored encrypted. Only Jo, Anna and their support team can see client details.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by replying to any booking email or contacting Jo & Anna directly.
